POINTS FOR ATTENTION:
In order to conduct an import document, please bring along with you the followings to our office:
1. B/L with valid endorsement or Bank Guarantee. (Company Guarantee is used for telex-released cargoes only.) (If "TO ORDER" is shown on the "blank for cosignee" of the B/L, the shipper should endorse on the back of B/L or return the full set of original B/L, normally 3 pages in total.) (If "TO SHIPPER ORDER" is shown on the "blank for consignee" of the B/L, the shipper should endorse on the back of B/L.) (Our company only accepts the company seal as the valid signature in endorsement, signatures by typewriters or printing machines are not admitted.)

3. Valid Import Permit or Import Licence (if necessary)
4. If clients need to check cargoes by Survey Company, they should complete all inspection procedures before moving the cargoes out of the warehouse. Any cargo survey reports after the procedure of moving the cargoes out of the warehouse will not be accepted.
