1. OPERATION CLERK |
- Handle full set of export documents, operating consolidation and LCL/FCL shipments.
- Communicate with overseas agents ,mainly by email and follow up their instructions.
- Contact with customers, co-loaders and other parties.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience is necessary.
- Experience in handling full-sets export documents, operations, consolidation, LCL, FCL, Booking and B/L issue.
- Experience in the Europe / Australia trade lane is an advantage.

2. DOCUMENTATION CLERK |
- Handle full set of Import or Export documents.
- Issue shipping documents and invoices.
- Contact with customers and overseas offices.
- F.5 or above, with 1 year or above experience in sea freight forwarder is a must.

3. SALES EXECUTIVE |
- Explore new business opportunities and maintain good relationship with existing clients and overseas agents.
- Follow-up of client requests and build strong relationship with potential customers.
- Provide quality and efficient after sales service to customers.
- To support the tactical day-to-day sales operations, handling sales inquiries and quotation.
- 1-2 years relevant exp. in freight forwarder / shipping is preferable.
